Chex® Breakfast-to-Go (1/2 Recipe)
Store this hearty morning mix in small food-storage plastic bags for on-the run mornings – you’ll be glad you did!

| 2 | tablespoons sugar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 3 | tablespoons butter or margarine |
| 1/2 | cup Corn Chex® cereal |
| 1/2 | cup Rice Chex® cereal |
| 1/2 | cup Wheat Chex® cereal |
| 1/2 | cup Honey Nut Cheerios® cereal |
| 1/3 | cup toasted sliced almonds |
| 1/2 | cup dried banana chips |
| 1/4 | cup dried blueberries or raisins |

| Each Chex® cereal adds its own oven-toasted flavor and special crunch, but you can use any combination of your favorite Chex® cereals. |

| Layer the mix with your favorite yogurt in a disposable covered container for a parfait-to-go! |

| Other dried fruit can be substituted--try dried cranberries or dried apples. |
| 1. | In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. |
| 2. | In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereals and almonds until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. |
| 3. | Stir in sugar mixture and banana chips until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute. Spread on paper towels to cool. Place in serving bowl; stir in blueberries. Store in airtight container. |
| Oven Directions: Heat oven to 300°F. In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in cereals and almonds until evenly coated. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sugar mixture and banana chips until evenly coated; bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until banana chips just begin to brown. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Place in serving bowl; stir in blueberries. Store in airtight container. |
